• Pricing includes the construction of your banner; ink setup charges, a banner slice hang down (advertising your place of business on both sides), and all hardware required to hang the Plank Road banner(s) you agree to sponsor.
• The annual sponsorship fee is due annually beginning in years two and forward. Failure to pay the annual fee would be understood as your decision to opt-out of the banner program. The banner you sponsored would be made available to another entity to sponsor.
• The Village of North Syracuse has agreed to utilize their employees and equipment to remove, safely stow and redeploy all banners when necessary. Additionally the Village of North Syracuse has satisfied all issues regarding the usage of the utility poles, local “codes” and has secured a large indemnity insurance policy to insulate the sponsor, the chamber and the village should any litigate claims arise now or in the future.
• Banners will be distributed evenly along North and South Main Street to achieve a uniform appearance and message. All businesses will be expected to use the same font/font size and ink color on their slice hang downs. Trade marked logos and customized typeset/inks would result in exponential additional expenses to this project and would dilute the consistent “brand” we wish to establish and maintain for our village.
• The Plank Road Chamber of Commerce reserves to right to amend the annual sponsorship fee in future years with prior notification.
